As orders are processed as soon as they are submitted, it is not possible to make any changes to your order.
No, we currently do not have a back order system in place. If an item is out of stock, it will be displayed as unavailable on the website.
The products sold on Blackmores eShop have expiry dates of between 6 months to 2 years to give you a suitable amount of time for use. Please do bear this in mind if you intend to order in bulk.
Shipping - General questions
All orders, both within Singapore and international deliveries, will be delivered by our preferred shipping partners. Orders placed in and to be delivered within Singapore will be shipped out from our Warehouse within 1 to 2 working days (Monday-Friday). Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery.
If your order does not arrive within the specified time please contact Blackmores International via email: firstname.lastname@example.org, quoting your order number.
You will receive an email when your order is received. Tracking your order with Blackmores is easy. You can use your order number on our website to track your number. You can also find your tracking number with your order number - simply click "Account Dashboard" on your account page.
Delivery within Singapore
For purchases over SGD$50, we offer free standard shipping in Singapore. For purchases under SGD$50, a flat fee of SGD$4 applies for standard deliveries.
Standard delivery: Most orders are delivered within 3-5 working days from the date we received your order (depending on where you live in Singapore).

For international purchases below SGD$150, international shipping is a flat fee of SGD$20
International delivery times vary according to each country and its postal service. As a guide, most parcels will arrive to your country within 3-15 business days. Actual delivery time frames depend on the speed of your local delivery network.
Blackmores International offers its wide range of products for shipment to most countries around the world. You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from Blackmores International, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
Orders that are shipped to countries outside of Singapore may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; Blackmores International has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and region to region; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original shipment delivery estimates. Where an order is returned to Blackmores International by customs in a sellable condition, we will refund the amount less the freight costs incurred by us to send the order in the first place.
Cancelling & Returns
Please note that your order is processed as quickly as possible to ensure prompt delivery. Once the order has been processed, we are unable to cancel the order.

Blackmores International stands by the quality of our products and we are happy to offer a refund or replacement if appropriate. Some exceptions apply. Please note that misuse, unauthorised use or product tampering may prevent it being accepted for return or may void this policy.
